Every effort will be made to treat you respectfully as a gentleman, and I ask that you do the same by keeping your scheduled appointments. I understand that unforeseen events can occur, so please review our policies below to help us manage appointments effectively.
Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our services or gift vouchers. Payments for appointments are non-refundable if missed, canceled, or rescheduled without proper notice. Late arrivals may not be accommodated unless we’re notified in advance (up to a 5-minute grace period).
Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule, please email us at jackknifebarbers@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate weekday, daytime rescheduling requests. All rescheduled appointments will be final and not subject to further change or cancellation.
Barber Availability
While we aim to accommodate all requests, Jack Knife Barbers does not guarantee the availability of a specific barber. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm availability at the time of booking. If a requested barber is unavailable due to leave or holidays, we accept no responsibility, and the client may choose to be seen by another available barber.
Location Policy
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shop location when booking. We operate across multiple sites, and appointments made at the wrong location are not the responsibility of the business. Please double-check your confirmation email; appointments missed due to location errors may result in a lost deposit or service fee due to the reserved time slot.
